Location: Costa Mesa, CA

Overview:

Perspire Sauna Studio is a rapidly growing franchisor in the health and wellness industry. We help our guests “ignite the wellness within” through elevated infrared sauna and red light therapy. We are seeking a Director of Studio Sales to lead our membership sales efforts across all franchise locations.

The Director of Studio Sales is ultimately responsible for driving studio revenue growth across the system. This includes building and maintaining a sales focused culture in the franchise system. The successful candidate will have experience building and implementing franchise brand level sales strategies in the wellness sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive membership sales strategy and sales offers that aligns with Perspire Sauna Studio's overall business objectives.
  • Drive retail sales training and sales performance at the studio level
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in sales processes, product offerings, and member experience.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including franchisees, corporate staff, and external partners to ensure alignment and collaboration on studio sales initiatives.
  • Responsible for Pre-Sales and Open Studio sales initiatives and processes.
  • Monitor industry trends, technology and competition to stay ahead of market changes and drive innovation in membership sales strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with other departments within Perspire Sauna Studio to ensure consistent messaging and training across all sales promos, materials and terms.
  • Execute special projects as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in the health and wellness industry, preferably in the emerging franchising space.
  • Experience leading a sales team and coaching key driving behaviors
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through successful sales strategies and tactics.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work on an entrepreneurial team and within a growing brand.

Compensation Plan:

Based on working a minimum of 40 hours per week, working toward objectives, with tasks completed and executed on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis according to the needs of the business. All work is to be completed at HQ office unless otherwise expressly agreed upon.

This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee.
