We seek a driven, collaborative Director of Strategic Site Partnerships to build and expand Leapcure’s site partnership network, focusing specifically on developing strategic key opinion leader partnerships. This role is mission-critical for our overall operations and involves cross-functional collaboration across operations, product, sales, and marketing.
Major Responsibilities/Key Actions:
Own the end-to-end site experience at Leapcure.
Strategically manage and deepen relationships with top-tier clinical sites, focusing on long-term partnership and value creation.
Develop and execute strategic initiatives that align with Leapcure’s long-term goals, leveraging relationships to enhance market position and influence in the healthcare sector.
Proactively work with sites to resolve issues, answer questions, and manage requests.
Improve processes related to site onboarding and management to create a better experience for sites.
Determine sites that require special attention or prioritization from Operations to enable study outcomes and Leapcure strategic objectives.
Own feedback from sites and implement this feedback alongside patient feedback as part of product development, operations, and site relationship strategy.
Conduct behavioral analysis of all site staff/personnel to better understand indicators of site-level performance and partnerships. Act as the voice for the sites in determining company and study operations.
Cultivate and develop strategic partnerships with site staff and leaders to enable Leapcure referrals and introductions to pharmaceutical companies.
Establish a process to further develop site physicians as KOLs (key opinion leader) status through study support and networking/speaking opportunities
Develop research naive physicians to be site principal investigators, through partnership management and learning.
Travel to sites as needed to discuss Leapcure’s product, future partnerships, and build relationships with site staff.
Analyze data and metrics for clinical research sites and aggregate/report these insights to key internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders in operations, sales, and marketing to communicate updates and tracking of key outcomes regarding sponsor introductions.
Support with day-to-day operations with sites, such as onboarding, referral assignment, and referral follow-ups at sites.
Qualifications:
8+ years of working directly with or at sites conducting clinical trials, physician working on research at sites preferred
Proven strategic leadership in enterprise-level partnership development within the healthcare or clinical research sectors
Proven ability to build partnership program from early stages within a growing unstructured startup environment
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Ability to use slides for storytelling and insights presentations
Experience working with and managing expectations for enterprise clients and research physicians/principal investigators
Proven experience and success in building and nurturing relationships
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of driving successful outcomes in interactions
Experience in developing and iterating on processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Demonstrated history of innovation and a willingness to experiment with new ideas and technology
Experience working with clinical sites outside of the US is a plus
