Position Summary:


The Director of Per Diem Staffing will play a critical role in managing and expanding our per diem staffing services. This dynamic individual will be responsible for overseeing existing client relationships, developing new client partnerships, recruiting top talent, and ensuring optimal scheduling and staffing solutions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has proven experience in managing recruiting, sales, and scheduling functions within the healthcare staffing industry.


Key Responsibilities:


Client Management:

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality staffing solutions.


Business Development:

  • Identify and develop new client relationships and opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and potential clients.
  • Create and implement strategic plans to grow the per diem staffing division.


Recruiting:

  • Oversee the recruitment process to attract and retain top healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to meet the staffing needs of clients.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements.


Scheduling and Staffing:


  • Manage the scheduling and placement of per diem staff to meet client needs.
  • Optimize staffing schedules to ensure efficiency and quality care.
  • Resolve any staffing issues promptly and effectively.


Team Leadership:


  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and schedulers.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Set performance goals and provide regular feedback and evaluations.


Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare staffing, with a focus on per diem staffing.
  • Proven experience in managing recruiting, sales, and scheduling functions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in using staffing and scheduling software.
