What will you be doing?
You will spearhead the technical development of a cutting-edge mobile application. In this role, you'll provide strategic direction and technical leadership throughout the app's lifecycle, from conception to launch. You'll lead a dynamic team of developers, collaborate with designers, and work closely with product managers to build an intuitive and feature-rich email client that meets our users' needs. Your expertise will guide the technical decisions and innovations that shape a superior user experience.
Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of offshore developers, project managers, and quality assurance professionals to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications and design.
Drive the architecture design process, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency of the access management and data scoping module.
Define and implement best practices for development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of software applications.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery within budget.
Act as the main point of contact for all communication related to the access management and data scoping module, including updates, issues, and resolutions.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience (minimum 10 years) in a development management role, preferably in a software development or IT services environment.
Strong technical background with expertise in access management, data scoping, and security protocols.
Experience managing (minimum 3 years) offshore development teams, including developers, project managers, and QA resources.
Proficiency in software development methodologies, tools, and technologies (e.g., Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, cloud platforms).
Experience working with Java, Spring Boot, building REST APIs
Hands-on experience with MVC, MVP and other pub-sub or observable pattern architectures. Exposure to any type of Big Data.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative and efficient solutions.
