Director of Social Work
Northwest Center for Behavioral Health (NCBH) is currently accepting resumes for a Director of Social Work to be located at our Inpatient Facility in Fort Supply! The Director of Social Work plans, organizes, directs and administers the services of DMHSAS. The ideal candidate directs comprehensive programs of social work and consultation in a number of treatment settings providing a wide variety of casework and social services to patients and families of patients. This position administers the social work program of the facility to maintain and keep current accreditation standards of patient care. They will oversee all clinical, social work, and recreational therapy positions. Participates in on call rotations within the facility to ensure continuity of care to individuals in services. Must have the ability to make a variety of administrative and clinical decisions and the ability to establish and maintain professional working relationships!
Job Type/ Salary:
Possession of a master’s or Ph.D. degree in social work or related degree; and five (5) years of experience in professional clinical social work, in a hospital or mental health facility or community based setting, including two (2) years in a supervisory or administrative capacity.
Must possess Oklahoma licensure as a LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LADC or a similar license in a behavioral health field.

Job Type/ Salary:
- Posting open/closing dates – 4/19/2024 - 6/30/2024
- Full Time Base Salary: $83,000
- Salary is based on experience, tenure and certification
- Preference may be given to individuals who are licensed
- 5% Longevity incentive on anniversary date at 1 and 3 years working with ODMHSAS
- Full compensation range up to $105,000 includes base salary, retirement and state paid benefit allowance to help pay for your benefit elections! (based on the number of covered dependents and 5% longevity incentive)
- FLSA Status: Exempt
- Number of Vacancies: One (1)
