We are searching for a creative and dynamic individual to spearhead our social marketing efforts for television properties. As the Executive Director of Social Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing innovative strategies to enhance our brand's presence across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy:

  • Lead the development of a comprehensive social media content strategy aligned with our brand's identity and goals.

Collaborative Marketing

  • Collaborate with the Brand Marketing team to amplify the social media presence of our TV series on all distribution channels.

Creative Content

  • Create compelling and platform-specific content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube to engage our audience and strengthen our brand.

Promotional Series

  • Establish continuous, audience-focused promotional series to drive engagement and support content themes.

Content Calendar

  • Manage the social media content calendar to ensure consistent and strategic content distribution.

Strategy Documents

  • Create internal strategy documents to guide social media campaigns effectively.

Benchmarking

  • Set performance benchmarks by comparing industry standards and competitor data to assess the success of social media strategies.

Data Analysis

  • Analyze social media performance data to optimize content reach and engagement.

Paid Media Campaigns

  • Design and execute paid media campaigns for our TV properties.

Third-Party Relationships

  • Oversee all relationships with third-party partners and handle yearly renewals.

Talent Collaboration

  • Collaborate with celebrities and their teams to fulfill social media requests seamlessly.

Industry Networking

  • Establish and maintain relationships across various social media platforms to stay updated on industry trends.

Trend Monitoring

  • Stay informed about the latest trends in social media tools, channels, and strategies.

Requirements

Experience:

  • 7 to 9 years of social media marketing experience, preferably in the entertainment sector.

Social Media Savvy

  • Proficiency in popular social networking sites and a clear understanding of their features.

Content Production

  • Background in digital content production.

Analytical Skills

  • Ability to interpret and apply insights from data reporting.

Creative Mindset

  • Blend of creativity and strategic thinking.

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of creative tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software is advantageous.

Passion For Entertainment

  • Deep interest in the entertainment and television industries.

Communication Skills

  • Strong communication abilities for building internal and external relationships.

Web Production Knowledge

  • Familiarity with web production processes and tools.

Compensation

The base salary ranges from $150K to $180K, with additional incentives and benefits based on qualifications, experience, education, and location.
