How You’ll Contribute:
Translate Company Vision and Goals into Client Services Department Objectives
Establish departmental KPI’s, targets, objectives and key results
Track and report on departmental progress towards goalsGuide new service development, iteration, and market introduction
Support sales and marketing strategy development through service and product understanding
Bear Responsibility for Departmental Commitments and Outcomes
Ensure project quality
Oversee the selection and use of service delivery platforms and tools
Oversee departmental knowledge management, documentation, and delivery norms
Ensure partnership requirements are met and maintained
Review project escalations and support resolution as required
Advise on budget implications in all aspects of service delivery and team management
Lead service delivery teams and practice area development
Foster healthy working relationships, identify employee strengths and weaknesses, and support staff development within the organization
Define and guide hiring strategies and goals
Model, inspire, and drive inclusive and equitable company culture
Ensure that all contributors realize their influence on company vision, goals and success
Nurture services team community to build team cohesion
Manage performance concerns and realignment plans as needed
Collaborate with HR on compliance
Your Background Includes:
8+ years experience working in the Salesforce for Nonprofits implementation services industry
Understanding of current industry trends and products including Nonprofit Cloud, NPSP, Experience Cloud
Industry-specific understanding of nonprofit technology needs and purchasing process
Well honed leadership strategies for agile teamsExperience building cohesion and resilience across dispersed team
Experience developing and delivering onboarding and training programs
Ability to work collaboratively, triage and make decisions in a fast paced environment
Operations oriented, metrics driven, ability to analyze and present data to a range of audiences
Nonprofit Cloud Certification (preferred)
Experience with International workforce a plus
