Multivac, a leading worldwide provider of industrial packaging and processing solutions, has immediate need for a Regional Sales Director in the Western U.S. As Regional Sales Director, you’ll lead a team selling packaging and processing machinery throughout the food industry. Backed by an extremely successful medium-sized organization, you'll have freedom to develop and implement hiring and training strategies while determining how to ensure long-term team and customer satisfaction within the West Region: CA, NV, AZ, UT, OR, ID, WA, MT AK and HI.

We know our continued success depends on you and your team and strive to provide the best resources possible. In addition to a formal training center serving both employees and customers (Multivac University), you’ll be supported by a comprehensive CRM system, over 100 Field Service Technicians, five regional innovation centers, and leadership with prominent roles throughout various trade organizations.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years sales experience selling large, customizable packaging or processing equipment to the food industry
  • Experience managing, mentoring, and developing a team (ideally remote food packaging sales representatives)
  • Located in the Western U.S., with ability to travel 50%, primarily throughout the West, with occasional trips to Germany. The regional headquarters is located in Irvine, CA.
