POSITION OVERVIEW

Day to day duties will include motivating our divisional sales and management team, designing strategic sales plans, and assessing the competition. Candidate would be an excellent communicator, both verbal and written. This individual also demonstrates exceptional negotiation and leadership skills. Direct reports would include any RSAM and RTL individuals within the targeted geography.



JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Leading and motivating staff to improve customer service with clients. • Designing and implementing strategic plans to reach sales targets. • Cultivating lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty. • Developing timely sales objectives to meet company needs. • Meeting with direct sales management reports to asses rep performance. • Drive company initiatives thru sales management reports (RSAM & RTL). • Support the VP of Sales in creating a sales plan to achieve all company targets. • Provide company messaging to the subset of reps/managers in the division.



JOB DESCRIPTION

Provides an upper level management point for sales management within the division team. • Establishes productive relationships with the sales division thru frequent communication, collaboration, and the effective allocation of budgeting resources. • Keeps in touch of daily business trends & constantly sharing with the VP of Sales.



ACCOUNTABILITIES AND PERFORMANCE MEASURES

• Meets assigned division quotas for sales, service, and strategic objectives. • Accountable for the thorough implementation of all field related initiatives among sales teams managed. • Responsible for the efficient allocation of company support resources and budgets. • Achieves strategic teams objectives defined by company management. • Implements effective coaching and development of sales team.



ORGANIZATIONAL ALIGNMENT

• Reports to the VP of Sales. • Directly manages a team of 5-8 Regional Team Leaders and/or Regional Sales & Account Managers. • Works closely with Customer Experience to ensure customer satisfaction, and high levels of field sales support.



QUALIFICATIONS • Four year college degree. • Minimum 3-5 years of management experience. • PC proficiency • Strong communication skills • Ability to travel
