Regional Vice President
The Sales & Marketing Director is responsible for overseeing and driving business growth by recruiting, training, and helping with business and marketing plans for agents and agencies. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and motivated leader with a passion for sales and a continued desire to learn and grow within the organization.
Responsibilities:
Recruit agents and agencies.
Develop strategic sales plans to meet recruiting and sales goals and manage the agent base
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with agents, principals, carriers, medical groups, and community partners.
Communicate the value proposition of Copeland / Integrity
Report on market trends and shifts in the strategic direction of accounts
Adhere to all policies and procedures
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years sales and marketing experience
Life & Health license
Have proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
Experience in sales management and driving the sales process from planning to closing.
Strong ability to articulate product/service features and compare them against competitors.
Ability to communicate, present, and influence at all levels
Demonstrated ability to develop client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions.
Excellent listening and presentation skills both in person and virtually
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Accurately complete reports and provide data to corporate when required.
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
Valid driver’s license

Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
