As we continue to grow, we are excited to announce the creation of a new Sales Development Representative (SDR) team. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Director of Sales Development to lead this initiative and set the foundation for our future sales success.

The Director of Sales Development will…

Be responsible for building, training, and leading a team of SDRs from the ground up. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of developing effective outreach strategies, coaching SDRs to exceed performance targets, and collaborating closely with sales teams across different markets to ensure a seamless lead generation process.

  • Create and execute a comprehensive SDR strategy aligned with overall sales and marketing objectives.
  • Create and maintain email cadence strategies and to grow targeted outreach and lead generation.
  • Establish clear performance metrics and KPIs for the SDR team.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure SDRs are equipped with the necessary skills and cold calling knowledge.
  • Implement and refine SDR processes, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Leverage data to monitor and analyze team performance, provide regular feedback and coach to drive continuous improvement.
  • Hire top talent for the SDR organization.
  • Ability to deliver tactical feedback and work cross-functionally across the sales organization.

Requirements…

  • Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing outbound B2B sales teams from the ground up.
  • Proven success as a self-starter sales leader.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Orum, LinkedIn Navigator, and email cadence tools.
  • Demonstrated success in improving full-funnel conversion and revenue impact.
  • Experience with SMB & Enterprise businesses.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills, with a focus on team development.
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales data and drive strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs
