Who Are We Looking For? We need a self-driven, results-oriented sales powerhouse who thrives on the thrill of securing new business. As the lead of our sales team, you'll collaborate closely with our founder and VP of Business Development to achieve aggressive growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the charge in securing new accounts, distribution partnerships, and expanding SKU placements
Develop and execute robust sales strategies to exceed revenue targets and propel business objectives forward
Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including wholesale, finance, and supply chain, to optimize sales processes
Make a splash at national food shows to showcase our products and attract new opportunities
Mentor and manage our sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and setting ambitious yet achievable goals
Requirements:
5+ years of demonstrated success in sales leadership roles, consistently achieving and surpassing sales goals
Extensive experience in beverage or related industries, with a deep understanding of sales methodologies and best practices
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to foster relationships across all organizational levels
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ERP systems to drive operational efficiency
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred.)
