Our client, the largest and leading national provider in residential interior design solution technologies, has recently been acquired by a global PE firm and has retained our firm to find them a Director of Sales to add to their rapidly expanding team in the Northern California area.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, industry influencers, and stakeholders
  • Manage and develop the existing sales team, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with new customers


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B sales
  • Professional-level verbal and written communication skills
  • High level organizational and time management skills
  • SAP Experience preferred
