We are looking for a talented Director of Sales to join our fast-growing organisation.

As the Director of Sales at SolarReviews, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. You will lead a team of talented sales professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and strategic direction to achieve ambitious sales targets. Leveraging your deep understanding of lead generation and sales methodologies, you will develop and execute innovative sales strategies to maximize customer acquisition and retention. This includes hiring, training, forecasting, performance analysis, talent development and day-to-day coaching. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a passionate and results-driven Director of Sales to lead our sales team to new heights.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets, fostering a high-performance culture of

success and continuous improvement.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share in line with

company objectives.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivating strong relationships with potential clients and

stakeholders.

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with market trends and

customer needs.

  • Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to evaluate sales performance, identify areas for improvement

and optimize sales processes.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive

edge in the market.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business administration, Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and execute complex sales strategies
  • Deep understanding of sales methodologies and customer acquisition strategies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with

clients.

  • Experience managing and motivating a high-performance sales team, with a focus on driving results and

fostering professional development.

  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
