We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our growing Sales team reporting to the Chief Executive Officer. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying, originating, structuring, and closing high value / high revenue opportunities. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, possess outstanding structuring and origination skills in the working capital space and impeccable work ethic. The candidate will have a strong team orientation and excellent communications skills.

The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills, and exhibit a keen business sense. You should stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights for strategic decision-making. Collaboration and relationship-building skills will be essential, as you work closely with executive leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners to drive the implementation of strategic initiatives and ensure their successful execution.

  • Work collaboratively with corporate and product Marketing to source opportunities and create a pipeline of new leads.
  • Quarterback each opportunity with Legal, Risk, Operations, Product Management to convert leads to revenue-generating programs.
  • Work with the firm’s risk Distribution team to facilitate profitable distribution of assets to Raistone’s network of bank and non-bank institutional investors.
  • Maintain sales progress in the firm’s CRM system, Salesforce.
  • Develop a supporting team to deliver $3-5mm incremental revenue per year.
  • Develop effective sales strategies based on solution-based selling aligned with the firm’s product offerings.
  • Manage sales communications to advance business objectives and increase engagement.
  • Work to minimize opportunity risk while maximizing client satisfaction and returns to the firm.
  • Work cooperatively with the firm’s resources to promote a best-in-class client experience.
  • Understand industry trends as well as customer needs and requirements.
  • Continually learn about our product and our industry.
  • Manage relevant sales metrics and reporting, data research, and data review.
  • Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, MBA, or relevant job experience.
  • Five to ten years of experience in structuring and selling complex working capital, traditional corporate finance, trade finance, or factoring solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Comfortable in front of C-Suite audience.
  • Proven sales, relationship building and business development skills.
  • Strong understanding of the credit and the legal documentation process.
  • Desire and ability to take initiative and excel in a fast-paced start-up style work environment.
  • Organized, efficient, ability to prioritize and multi-task based on urgency of business needs.
  • Self-motivated, positive, energetic, collaborative, willing to help others.
  • Results driven, persistent, tenacious, determined.
  • Customer focused.
  • Empathy and a genuine concern for others, listening skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office.


Position Salary

$225,000
