Director of Roofing - Multi Units/Resident Occupied - Base Salary to 150k/year - Orlando, FL

They partner with homeowner’s associations, commercial properties, and apartment managers on their reconstruction and construction defect needs throughout California, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Nevada, and Texas. • The Director of Roofing will be a key player in the expansion in the Orlando area. The Director of Roofing will focus on large-scale exterior reconstruction projects from 500k - 20 million.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Experience to confidently inspect and source leaks, creating and pricing repair scopes
• Working in Resident Occupied construction
• Will be on-site performing quality assurance, quality control, and overseeing labor pool
• Will be dealing daily with Building Owners, Architects & Engineers
• Handling estimating, material takeoffs and material ordering
• Will be responsible for scheduling updates for labor and materials
• Regular travel throughout Central Florida and periodic travel to support areas such as Tampa, Miami and Jacksonville.
  
  

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial and multifamily roofing
• In depth knowledge of both residential and commercial roofing systems
• Must have experience estimating & bidding jobs with profit margins in mind
• Proven ability to hire and manage in-house roof techs, repair techs, and helpers
• Experience working with MS Project and Excel.
• 10+ Years of Experience in senior project management and leadership roles within the roofing industry
  
  

Compensation

• Base salary in the 130k – 150k/year range
• Annual bonus opportunities from $15,000 and up
• Monthly vehicle allowance provided
