Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Policy: Develop and implement risk management strategies and policies.
Risk Assessment: Conduct regular assessments to identify and mitigate risks.
Insurance and Crisis Management: Manage insurance programs and develop crisis response plans.
Collaboration: Work with departments to integrate risk practices and provide training.
Reporting and Compliance: Report to leadership on risk activities and ensure regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or certifications preferred.
Experience: 7-10 years in risk management, ideally in higher education.
Skills: Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Proficiency in project management.
