Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for store performance, with the overall mission of creating optimal solutions to ensure delivery of financial results and performance;
  • Own all retail-related projects, budgets and manages the Store Manager and Retail Operations teams.
  • Partner with the C-Suite to lead, develop and implement strategic retail initiatives related to Real Estate, Operations, Merchandise Handling, IT, LP, Retail Marketing, Service, Innovation, and other functions that impact the field organization and challenge the team to create solutions;
  • Work directly with senior leadership across all channels to impact and influence retail business direction and objectives;
  • Lead a strategic recurring meeting to ensure alignment, coordination and advancement of cross-functional projects;
  • Responsible for all store hiring, in partnership with HR
  • Coach retail leadership through employee relations, talent development and other personnel topics that may arise – partnering with HR when needed
  • Creates retail operating budgets for corporate operations based on executive direction and manages results accordingly;
  • Leads payroll direction and identifies opportunities to maximize sales, traffic flow, floor coverage through effective scheduling and reporting;
  • Analyze, interpret & apply data (both internal measures & external trends) to identify key issues and create solutions to maximize the brands business;
  • Establish, execute and monitor clear policies and procedures for the retail population in accordance with general company guidelines;
  • Protect our assets by adhering to all loss prevention and operational policies & procedures; Develop new policies in partnership with HR & leadership as needed to address ongoing needs of the business
  • Partner with store design development in overseeing all aspects of new store openings including store build out, local marketing efforts, operational procedures, store set-up,and perform analysis;
  • Oversee on-going maintenance of existing stores including renovation or refurbish projects and cleaning budgets;
  • Manage inventory movement/compliance by supporting stores in ensuring the accurate &timely processing of mark-downs, transfers & consolidations, RTV’s, Ecomm returns, receiving and POS transactions;
  • Oversight of physical inventory process as well as the day to day inventory movement across all stores; i.e.allocation, warehouse, internal audit, finance and merchants;
  • Develop and coach the Store Managers, supporting them to become true brand ambassadors and making sure they are the best players in the market;

Salary: $160,000 - $175,000
