This position will oversee and manage a new premium location in our client's portfolio. This position will report to the General Manager of this iconic venue. Responsibilities
As the Director of Restaurants, You will lead a talented team of culinary professionals and hospitality staff to deliver exceptional service and drive business growth. From menu development and financial management to staff training and guest satisfaction, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the dining experience for our university community.
Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and enhance guest satisfaction
Lead and mentor restaurant managers and staff to ensure high-quality service and operational excellence
Collaborate with culinary teams to develop innovative menus that reflect current trends and meet diverse dietary needs
Monitor financial performance, analyze data, and implement cost-saving initiatives to achieve budgetary goals
Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume setting
Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences and commitment to guest satisfaction
