Director Of Operations Job Requirements
- Foster a team-oriented culture that balances professionalism with a welcoming, enjoyable atmosphere.
- Engage in daily development of team members, offering timely feedback and support.
- Propel sales growth by ensuring operational efficiency and providing superior training to team members.
- Maintain high operational standards and hold team members accountable, ensuring consistent quality.
- Achieve excellent profitability and consistently exceed expectations in food quality.
- Demonstrated passion for leading within a high-energy restaurant setting.
- Polished leadership skills, with proven ability to collaborate effectively with both ownership and team members.
- At least 5 years of experience in full-service dining, preferably in a dynamic, community-focused restaurant concept.
- Stable career history, preferably with no more than two job changes in the last five years.
- Expertise in financial management, including P&L, scheduling, and managing inventory/orders.
- Comprehensive understanding of human resources and staffing requirements.
