The Director of Operations should be an exemplary leader who thrives in dynamic environments. This role requires a keen business sense and the ability to oversee the broader strategic picture. The successful candidate will collaborate effectively with the restaurant ownership team to promote operational and financial excellence across the group. Flexibility is key, as the Director of Operations will engage directly with both FOH and BOH teams as needed, ensuring proficiency across all restaurant operations.

Director Of Operations Job Requirements

  • Propel sales growth by ensuring operational efficiency and providing superior training to team members.
  • Maintain high operational standards and hold team members accountable, ensuring consistent quality.

Director Of Operations Job Qualifications

  • Demonstrated passion for leading within a high-energy restaurant setting.
  • Polished leadership skills, with proven ability to collaborate effectively with both ownership and team members.
  • At least 5 years of experience in full-service dining, preferably in a dynamic, community-focused restaurant concept.
  • Stable career history, preferably with no more than two job changes in the last five years.
  • Expertise in financial management, including P&L, scheduling, and managing inventory/orders.
  • Comprehensive understanding of human resources and staffing requirements.
