Role Description

This is a full-time role located in Naples, FL, with flexibility for some remote work. As the Director of Real Estate Development at Gillette Equity Group LLC, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of real estate development projects. This includes identifying and acquiring properties, managing the design and construction process, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and legal professionals, to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in real estate development, with a focus on residential projects, specifically condos
• Strong knowledge of zoning and land use regulations in Florida
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex development projects
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Proficiency in real estate software and tools
• Detail-oriented with a strong ability to analyze and solve problems
• Familiarity with the local real estate market in SWFL preferred
• Relocating to SWFL in the next 6 months required
• Experience delivering condos from design to turnover in Florida required
