We are seeking a Director of Real Estate to join our team! This person will work directly with the CEO as a liaison with site selection and brand expansion. We are a mid-size company with multiple brands under our umbrella. This position is based out of Cleveland, with in-state travel and occasional out-of-state/overnight travel to Michigan and New York. Someone with prior experience in the QSR/Fast-Casual segment with experience in leasing and site approval is ideal. Real Estate license preferred but not a deal-breaker. Director Of Real Estate & Development Benefits/Compensation
Starting salary of $125,000 – $150,000 per year
Annual bonus up to 15% of base salary and monthly profit sharing

Director Of Real Estate & Development Responsibilities
Develop and execute real estate strategies supporting expansion goals
Identify, assess, and secure prime restaurant locations through market analysis and financial forecasting
Negotiate lease agreements and purchase contracts with stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless site development and openings
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor activities
Build and manage relationships with real estate professionals
Director Of Real Estate & Development Requirements
Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate management, focusing on retail or restaurant site acquisition
Experience managing real estate activities across multiple states and brands
Excellent analytical skills with an ability to interpret market data and financial models
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
Ability to travel frequently as per business needs
