Director of Quality

What You'll Be Doing:

• Ensure that products meet quality, integrity and functionality requirements as well as other specifications
• Create and own the product quality documentation system utilizing quality assurance procedures
• Communicate with product divisions and management teams
• Achieve financial objectives by preparing and managing the quality assurance budget in collaboration with management
• Report on quality control and operations to the senior leadership team and regulatory agencies
• Solve problems and adapt to challenges on the production floor

What You'll Need to Be Successful:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant experience in industrial or mechanical fields
• 5+ years of experience as a quality engineer or in a similar role, ideally 8+ years of experience in engineering
• Deep understanding of manufacturing and production processes, as well as quality control standards and methodologies
• Excellent communication, leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills
