JOB DETAILS:

TITLE: Director of Quality

LOCATION: Everett, WA

SHIFT: Day; Monday-Friday

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Direct Hire

PAY RANGE: 160,000 - 210,000

• *Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Averro is partnering with one of our exciting aerospace manufacturing companies located north of the Greater Seattle Area in Snohomish County. We are actively seeking a strategic, assertive and process oriented, Director of Quality! Key leadership traits this individual must encompass:

3. Strong problem solving skills

Summary: The Director of Quality will manage the entire quality organization and support all aspects of the Quality Management System.

• Continuously drive group performance to meet the quality and trade compliance teams objectives.
• Foster and environment in which all employees are responsible for quality.
• Build a strong partnership within the organization to make sure that quality goals are met and customer needs are prioritize.
• Review and assure compliance with contractual requirements and regulatory requirements.
• Identification and implementation of road maps for continuous improvement.
• Maintenance of ISO/AS Certifications
• Ensure the organization maintains a robust internal audit, corrective action system, and a robust supplier quality assurance and corrective action system.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Subject Matter Expert with all aspects of quality management
• In depth knowledge of the Quality Management Systems
• Strong people management and leadership experience
• Change Agent expert
• Understanding the technical quality fundamentals (CAPA, QA, Audits, Investigations, etc.)
• Responsible for owning entire QMS ( including upkeep, maintenance, improvement, issue resolution)
• Experience working in a highly-regulated environment
• Familiar with ISO and AS9100 regulations and standards
