Role Description
OptioRx is seeking a full-time Director of Quality & Compliance. This role involves overseeing and managing all aspects of quality control, auditing, management, and assurance. Additionally, you will maintain supplier quality and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This is a national position, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Quality Control, Quality Auditing, and Quality Management
Experience in Quality Assurance and Supplier Quality
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance
Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry, sterile and non-sterile compounding is a plus
Strong leadership and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Life Sciences, master's degree is a plus
Professional certifications in quality management or regulatory compliance are a plus
