Director of Property Management

On behalf of our client, a highly stable, privately held, multifamily & commercial real estate developer, owner, operator, builder & investor, we are hiring a Director of Property Management. This is a leadership position and a unique opportunity to join a well-established firm at the beginning stages of a newly formed and growing luxury multifamily platform with new construction assets.

This role is integral to the success of this new platform and will be the first leadership property management hire on the luxury line of properties, overseeing multiple new construction lease ups, hiring teams on each property while providing support and guidance to achieve stabilization and ultimately oversee a portfolio that is growing to ~1,000 units over the next few years.

*All properties are in the Pittsburgh area.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of relevant multifamily property management experience

• At least 3 years of experience at the RPM level/Director level

• Experience leading multiple on-site PM teams

• Skilled at taking a high-level directive and driving the execution to achieve results.

• Expert at building, leading and mentoring teams to achieve success.

• Experienced with new construction properties, lease ups.

• Superior communication, organization, and customer service skills.

• A polished leader with robust interpersonal skills and social intelligence.
