Position Title: Director/Head of Product Marketing


Reporting to: Chief Marketing Officer


Overview:

As the Head of Product Marketing at Shufti Pro, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth for our identity verification products and related compliance and industry solutions. You'll collaborate closely with product management, sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure our messaging and positioning effectively communicate the value proposition of our products to our target audience.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Content Creation: Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing content, including website copy, whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and sales enablement materials. Ensure content addresses key customer pain points and effectively communicates the value proposition of our products.


2. Develop Marketing Strategy: Lead the development of comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our identity verification products across various channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, events, and partnerships.


3. Messaging and Positioning: Craft compelling messaging and positioning for our identity verification solutions, tailored to different customer segments and use cases. Ensure consistency in messaging across all marketing collateral and channels.


4. Go-to-Market Planning: Collaborate with product management and sales teams to develop go-to-market plans for new product launches and updates. Drive the execution of launch activities to generate excitement and demand among target customers.


5. Sales Enablement: Provide sales teams with the tools, training, and collateral they need to effectively sell our identity verification solutions. Develop sales presentations, battle cards, and other materials to support the sales process.


6. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer needs related to identity verification. Use market insights to inform product roadmap decisions and refine marketing strategies.


7. Campaign Execution: Manage the execution of marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and customer acquisition. Monitor campaign performance and optimize tactics to maximize ROI.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
  • Strong understanding of identity verification, fraud prevention, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the software or technology industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product management, sales, and other teams.
