Position Overview: Director of Product Management, Center Management

Location: Remote (Anywhere in the U.S.)

As the Director of Product Management for Center Management, you will play a pivotal role in our journey as a leading digital SaaS company. You will lead the strategy, product planning, and overall success of our new Center Management system, encompassing critical back-office functions like billing, staff scheduling, and lead tracking, along with essential classroom tools such as attendance and family communications.

Key Responsibilities

Lead agile scrum teams in creating and delivering innovative center management solutions.

Drive roadmap clarity, requirements, and prioritization in collaboration with product leadership, UI/UX teams, engineering, and stakeholders.

Make decisive, impactful decisions while guiding cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Champion product vision and solution designs, ensuring alignment with engineering, QA, and program management.

Conduct customer research to validate new concepts and maintain empathy for end-user needs.

Stay updated on market trends and customer feedback to shape product strategy and roadmap.

Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Partner Success teams to successfully launch new products and features.

Manage and mentor a team of Associate Product Managers.

Qualifications

Experience in Early Childhood Education (ECE) Center Management or Billing and Payments products.

8+ years of proven success as a Product Leader, launching software products customers love.

Strong track record in agile/scrum environments, leading large cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to envision holistic solutions that enhance user experiences across the entire ecosystem.

Advanced degree in Computer Science or Engineering is advantageous.
