Position Overview

Based remotely anywhere in the U.S., the Director of Product Management, Center Management will play a pivotal role in our evolution as a leading digital SaaS company. You will lead the strategy and execution of our new Center Management system, encompassing critical functions like billing, staff scheduling, and family communications for early childhood education centers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead agile scrum teams in developing and delivering center management solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with product leadership, UI/UX, engineering, and stakeholders to define clear roadmaps and priorities.
  • Drive decision-making and actions across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Conduct customer research to validate new product concepts and maintain strong empathy for user needs.
  • Stay updated on market trends to guide product strategy and roadmap decisions.
  • Partner with engineering, QA, and DevOps to prioritize user stories and technical tasks.
  • Work with Marketing and Sales teams to successfully launch new products and features.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Early Childhood Education (ECE) Center Management or Billing and Payments products.
  • 8+ years of proven experience as a Product Leader, launching high-quality software products in agile environments.
  • Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to envision solutions that impact entire user workflows.
  • Technical degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred.
