HIGH VISIBILITY ROLE – COMMERCIAL PRODUCT LEADERSHIP – P&L

The TRG Growth Practice is current engaged by a top Global Manufacturing client that is looking to identify a Director, Product Management to step in and lead a dynamic product group and high growth vertical within their global business. HQ’d in the Midwest. Hybrid Role.

Reporting into a Segment President, this role will drive strategic growth initiatives in a high-impact, high-visibility side of their business. We need someone with strengths in:

• Product Management & Voice of Customer (VOC)
• P&L Management & Commercial Excellence
• Product Road mapping + Innovation/NPD
• Team Building and Management

Desired Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree (MBA a plus)

· Experience with Strategic Product Management & Commercialization

· VOC Experience & Product Road Mapping

· Strong Leadership Skills with Ability to take Ownership & Drive Change
