As a Director on the Product Management team, a typical day for you will include:
Defining, delivering, and owning the product strategy, roadmap, and its results.
Writing user stories, own product and release backlog, continuously prioritize backlog based on customer priorities and work closely with various scrum teams to ensure we deliver to our commitment
Working closely with UX Designers and other Product Managers to ideate, prototype new concepts and workflows for various form factors, get customer feedback and provide finalized designs to scrum teams
Learn and improve based on adoption and customer feedback while owning, planning, and executing product roadmap and its results.
Be an expert with respect to the competition and positioning the product appropriately
Setting pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals along with running the business case and P&L modeling
Developing the core positioning and messaging for the product while successfully communicating and working with brand presidents, officers, external contacts, and internal departments
(Required Qualifications)

Experience:
7+ years of product management experience or equivalent
7+ years of experience in a job Web, Mobile, and Point of Sale products/platforms.
Experience working within Cloud, SaaS, emerging cloud use-cases for web/mobile and enterprise companies
Experience working with senior executives and ability to develop relationships at all levels while delivering complex powerful products that are made simple for our users.
Skills:
Thrive in a high-paced, changing work environment
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Analytical and metrics driven work style that leverages data to make informed decisions
Ability to manage multiple teams and multiple projects in an iterative process
Education:
BS/MS degree in Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
Schedule / in-office requirements:
Hybrid in office/work from home policy can be flexible. Our HQ is based in Irving, Tx.
