This exciting rapidly growing startup are looking for someone focused on improving medical outcomes with a talented finance background to work directly with C-Suite and take responsibility of all Finance Operations.
👨💻 Responsibilities:
Leading in building out new Product Platforms and functions, setting targets and driving innovation
Building and leading product teams
Drive cross-functional communication; working directly with C-Suite and other departments to ensure effective and collaborative communication
Responsible for stakeholder communications; you will ensure clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
Track and define KPIs to assess the success of products and be able to make data-driven changes to optimize product efficiency
👩🎓Qualifications:
8+ Years Experience working in Biotech Product
3+ Years Management Experience
Related Bachelors Degree, MBA preferred
Background in Project Management
Experience working with AI/ML and background knowledge of immunology, autoimmunity and oncology is a bonus
