Director of Patient Care

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hospice Director of Care to oversee and manage the care services in our Frisco, Texas office. The ideal candidate will provide leadership, supervision, and ensure the highest level of care for our patients.

Responsibilities:

- Directs and coordinates clinical department

- Participates in activities relevant to professional services, including development of qualifications and assignment of hospice personnel

- Supervises and provides direction to subordinates

- Monitors and maintains QUAPI program

- Monitor systems and identifies problem areas to administrator, both verbally and through written reports

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a leadership role within hospice

- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team

- Knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology

- Experience and knowledge of Consolo Wellsky

- Texas RN License

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
