Job Description
  • Management of 4-7 Employees
    • Manage Counselors, CRPAs, etc.
  • Responsible for recruiting, retaining, and training staff
    • Providing feedback and conducting performance reviews
  • Have a presence within the local community
    • Local Engagements, Talks, Events, etc.
  • Monitor and assist clinical staff in devloping and delivering treatment and recovery plans
  • Must ensure the facility is operating at optimum capacity
    • Includes managing the facility budget
  • Responsible for maintaining adherance of treatment plans to Medicaid and other reimbursement standards, as well as clinical regulations
  • Will review clinical documentation of the staff and participate in the clinical review process
    • Develop and educate the workforce through instruction/supervision, conducting staff trainings, and licensing hours
Candidate Profile:
  • 2+ Years of SUD (Substance Use Disorder) experience
    • Must be recent experience
  • Licensed Clincal Social Worker (LCSW)
  • 4+ years relevant experience
    • History of managing a team
  • Experience Manageing a budget a BIG plus
  • Familiarity with regulations governing SUD treatment services
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office
  • EHR experience is a plus
    • Welligent experience a HUGE plus, but will train on this
