Compensation

  • Salary range of $140,000 to $175,000
  • Period operations performance bonus of up to $3,983 every four weeks (assuming a 10-store span, with oversight over 1 Area Coach with a 5-store span and direct supervision of 5-stores)
  • Tenure bonus of up to $10,000 per year based on years of service in position
  • Long-term incentive bonus of up to $30,000 payable every three years, or up to an average of $10,000 per year

Operational Support Resources

  • Southeast QSR employs Backup Restaurant General Managers to provide seamless store support and leadership while store management is on leave or on vacation
  • Southeast QSR employs Market Support Specialists as backup Above-Store Leaders to assist with store oversight during any Above-Store Leader leave or vacation


Field Support Resources

  • Extensive field support resources, including Recruiting, Facilities, Maintenance Technicians, Information Technology Technicians and IT support, Remodel Management, Marketing, Loss Prevention, and Human Resources, so that Operators can focus on operational store performance and drive the performance and development of their teams


Training / Professional Development

  • Monthly Professional Development classes at the company’s training center


Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Industry qualifications/certifications


Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of 1 to 3 Area Coaches, leading through coaching, development, and operational success
  • Directly driving the performance of 4 to 6 units by leading a team of 4 to 6 restaurant General Managers to best-in-class
  • Constant development of your team through training and modeling of high-performance and caring leadership
  • Creating, developing, and executing operational plans with urgency and attention to detail driven by the data


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of QSR multi-unit restaurant responsibility, achievement and leadership
  • Top 10% performance in existing role
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in hiring and developing talent
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven and demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • High sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Strong people-first mentality
