Location: Remote – USA

The Role: The Director of the Enrollment Services team for Complex Claims will be responsible for driving business success including increasing client revenue and margin, delivering strong client engagement and retention, effectively enabling new client implementations, and leading the team through relevant organizational changes. This role, in partnership with the Vice President of Operations is focused on translating senior solution expertise and business insight into strategic execution, generating positive business outcomes.

As the Director of Enrollment Services for Complex Claims, you will:

  • Maximize client revenue and margin performance for the Enrollment Services business, including managing efforts to maximize revenue and optimize solution delivery cost
  • Provide leadership and oversight to the Enrollment Services team as well as stakeholder relationship management for the business line
  • Take Operational lead in financial oversight for the business segment, in partnership with finance, VP Operations and the LOB GM, to ensure the appropriate financial outcomes
  • Effectively lead, in partnership with Managers, team member ensuring business and team stability
  • In partnership with Client Success, monitor performance of client revenue, including root causes/reasons for underling results, performance variations and organizing/driving resolution paths
  • Optimize client satisfaction (as evidenced by industry ratings/low attrition) and revenue maximization leveraging data-driven insights
  • Align with Implementation teams to drive go-lives, revenue realization relative to PAR estimates and serve as the main point of contact/relationship for clients (early relationship development)
  • Build and reinforce a positive, collaborative and unified organizational culture that is aligned to our established Corporate Values and desire to reward high impact performers and growth
  • Manage and deliver project communications to internal project teams as well as executive leadership
  • Create new ideas and offer suggestions to enhance the quality of work and service offerings to clients
  • Inform executive leadership of significant issues concerning clients and/or competitors
  • Promote positive public relations and serve as a brand ambassador for the Company
  • Have other duties as assigned


You will be successful if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare or related field; Advanced degree preferred
  • 5-10 years of Revenue Cycle experience with at least 5+ years of experience leading and managing
  • Deep hospital and Medicaid domain expertise with at least 5 years of Enrollment specific experience
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to lead actionable pursuits for your team and other stakeholders
  • Strong negotiation and client relations capabilities
  • Strong writing skills in both long-form and short-form to both internal and external parties
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; the ability to work with cross-functional teams productively is required - tactfully working through competing priorities is critical
  • Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to apply theoretical concepts and best practices to solve business problems
  • Proven ability to effectively lead a team, inspiring them, energizing them, etc.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • A high degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability
  • Excellent Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S.
