Salary/Package

  • $170,000 - $210,000 base salary

The Role - Director of Marketing Operations

Our client is seeking a Director of Marketing Operations who not only understands the importance of a good structure but also excels at anticipating potential challenges and addressing them proactively. If you thrive in environments where you can foresee and prevent disruptions, ensuring everything stays on track, this role is perfect for you. You will lead and optimize a dynamic team of creatives while maintaining alignment with the company’s proven processes and overarching objectives.


You will have a proven track record in data-driven marketing efforts (conversion rates, funnels, etc.) and the ability to lead a specialized team focused on video sales letters (VSLs), direct response marketing, and product marketing (familiarity with Dietary/Nutritional Supplements a huge plus).

Your expertise will drive continuous improvement and innovation in all marketing and operational procedures, directly impacting our success.


KEY REQUIREMENTS (DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU SPECIFICALLY POSSESS THE BELOW EXPERIENCE)

  • 5+ Years of Operations Leadership experience
  • 3+ Years of data-driven Marketing experience
  • 2+ Years of managing marketing professionals
  • 2+ Years of project management experience
  • Experience with Video Sales Letters, Long Form Sales Letters, Direct Response Marketing OR Product Marketing (focused on Dietary/Nutritional Supplements) is a huge plus


Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute advanced marketing operations strategies to maximize campaign performance and efficiency.
  • Work with the CEO to organize their many thoughts and ideas, getting to the root of them and keeping them on track.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing processes and systems with the company's strategic goals.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and provide strategic insights.
  • Provide leadership to the marketing operations team, promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Refine and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across marketing operations to ensure scalability and integration.
  • Manage comprehensive video sales letter product launches, ensuring timely delivery, scope adherence, and high quality.
  • Mentor and oversee a team of marketing professionals, optimizing team performance and fostering professional development.
  • Continuously seek and implement process enhancements in marketing operations to increase efficiency and improve overall campaign effectiveness.


About You

  • You are proficient in direct response marketing, particularly with Video Sales Letters (VSLs) Long Form Sales Letters, or other styles of Direct Response Marketing - a huge plus if you know how to market Dietary/Nutritional Supplements
  • You are an exceptional Project Manager with a talent for leading and improving Operations with an eye toward the overall business beyond just the Marketing efforts
  • A skilled leader, you excel at implementing continuous improvement and peak performance.
  • Your analytical prowess allows you to effectively drive strategic decisions and optimize campaign outcomes. Highly organized, you have handled many complex projects ensuring no details were missed.
  • Proactive and adaptable, you thrive in dynamic environments and are quick to enhance operational processes.
  • You enjoy innovating through collaboration, listening to feedback, and taking time to fully understand a problem before offering solutions
