As the Senior Operations Manager at OnePointe Solutions, you will oversee and enhance operational efficiency and quality across multiple departments. This role is crucial for managing the quality assurance team, collaborating with the project management team on contract jobs, and ensuring that operational practices protect the company's interests and facilitate timely payments.

Duties/Responsibilities
Evaluate and enhance the efficiency and performance of logistics, customer service, and quality assurance departments.
Manage the quality assurance team, ensuring all products and services meet the stringent standards expected by clients and regulatory bodies.
Actively collaborate with the project management team on contract jobs, providing operational insights and support to ensure project success.
Review contract documents thoroughly to ensure all terms and conditions protect the company's interests and comply with legal standards.
Oversee the preparation and submission of pay applications, ensuring they are complete and accompanied by necessary documentation to facilitate timely payments.
Develop strategies for inter-departmental collaboration to streamline operations and improve overall service delivery.
Identify bottlenecks and operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
Serve as a key liaison between various departments to ensure alignment of projects and tasks with company objectives.
Facilitate communication and coordinate efforts between quality assurance, project management, and other operational departments.
Monitor and report on the performance of managed departments, providing regular updates to executive management.
Lead initiatives for process improvement and operational excellence across the company.

Education And Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or related field; master’s degree or relevant certifications preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record in managing quality assurance and collaborating with project management teams.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
