Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the successful launch and operation of the in-home behavioral health and psychotherapy program.
- Lead the process of obtaining all necessary approvals, licenses, and certifications required for program initiation and operation, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including executive leadership, clinical teams, and administrative staff, to ensure seamless integration of the program into existing operations.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of qualified clinicians and support staff to deliver high-quality behavioral health and psychotherapy services to clients.
- Oversee the development and implementation of clinical protocols, treatment plans, and quality assurance measures to ensure the effectiveness and safety of services provided.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, including healthcare providers, community organizations, and regulatory agencies, to support program goals and objectives.
- Monitor program performance and outcomes, analyze data, and implement continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Manage program budgets, expenses, and resources effectively to achieve financial targets and sustainability goals.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field; Master's degree a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the home health industry, with a focus on behavioral health or psychotherapy services.
- Proven track record of successfully establishing and managing in-home behavioral health and psychotherapy programs, including obtaining necessary approvals and achieving programmatic goals.
- Strong understanding of Medicare regulations and reimbursement processes related to behavioral health and psychotherapy services in the home health setting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards common goals.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, build partnerships, and drive results.
- Solid organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, culturally competent, and evidence-based care to diverse populations.
- Current licensure or certification in a relevant healthcare profession (e.g., LCSW, LPC, RN) a plus, but not required.
