We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Director of Operations to lead and enhance the operational capabilities of our organization. This role is critical to ensuring efficient, effective, and scalable operations across all our facilities. The Senior Director of Operations will oversee multiple departments, develop strategic plans, and drive operational excellence.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provides leadership and direction to the Directors of Clinic Operations, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Oversees day-to-day operations, ensuring processes are streamlined and aligned with organizational goals
Champions and drives follow-through of standard operating procedures and adherence to policies as defined by Mia Aesthetics
Ensures all clinics remain compliant in accordance with Quad ASF regulations
Travels and performs onsite visits to assigned clinics for the purpose of evaluation, training, and support
Promptly addresses and problem solves escalations at the clinic level
Performs ongoing evaluation of the clinic team’s performance and drives change as needed to drive excellence in patient care
Coaches Directors of Clinic Operations in addressing underperforming team members and/or unique employee matters, mentoring and developing clinic leaders, ensuring robust succession planning
Fosters strong working relationships built on ongoing communication and trust across all clinic locations
Manages employee retention to keep team members motivated and engaged in their role and committed to contributing to Mia Aesthetics for the long term
Develops and implements operational strategies to support the organization’s objectives and growth plans
Identifies and implements process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness
Collaborates with senior leadership to set performance goals and KPIs
Leads initiatives to optimize resource allocation and manages budgets effectively
Implements and monitors quality assurance processes to ensure high standards of service delivery
Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies
Drive the adoption of new technologies and innovative practices to enhance operational efficiency
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the organization competitive
Establish and manage inventory control systems to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize excess or shortages
Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain data integrity
Develop a strategic procurement plan to source high-quality materials and services at competitive prices
Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure favorable conditions
Utilize data analytics to monitor supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement
Prepare and present reports on supply chain metrics, inventory levels, and cost analysis to senior management
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Hires, trains, develops and leads Directors of Operations as they support their surgical clinic
Provides leadership with respect to removing barriers and identifying solutions to help enable the Directors of Operation
Drives succession planning to include developing Clinical Administrators for future growth opportunities

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business and/or healthcare-related preferred
3+ years’ experience in a leadership/supervisory/management/director role while overseeing other people leaders
Experience in a healthcare environment, including clinic operations in a medium-sized medical facility
BLS Certification preferred
HIPAA & OSHA Compliance Certification preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Travel Requirements:
At least
75% local and out-of-state travel required
