Director of Operations, Execution and Strategy

This critical role will work closely with the COO, senior executives and the Operation’s Sr. Leadership Team to manage all Operational strategic initiatives, streamline functions within operations, and enhance communication across departments. Reporting to the COO and as a member of the Ops Sr. Team, the ideal candidate will have proven success in a business management role, with a special focus on executive-level advising and interdepartmental collaboration. This role will have an immediate impact on productivity by streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing organizational designs, and communicating objectives to departments. This role requires excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the COO in overseeing, developing and implementing key projects and initiatives, ensuring they align with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Monitor progress towards organizational goals and objectives.
  • Facilitate executive team meetings, including agenda setting and follow-ups.
  • Develop and build on relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and responsiveness of existing operations, and help define new operational strategies by working with COO and other executives and key stakeholders on special projects.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert, handling inquiries, developing action plans, and assisting with preparation and dissemination of communications.
  • Oversee daily collaboration with senior management, department leaders and stakeholder to advance the Operational strategy.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Streamline processes to improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
  • Monitor and report on operational performance metrics.
  • Act as a liaison between the COO and other executives, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and review communications, reports, and presentations for the COO.
  • Ensure effective internal communication across departments.
  • Provide leadership and support to the executive team.
  • Represent the COO in meetings and events as needed.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required by the COO.

Required Experience


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 7-10 years.
  • Proven track record in a leadership or senior management role.
  • Experience in strategic planning and project management.

Base Salary - $125,000 - $151,000
