Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute operations strategies that align with our business goals and drive growth. Lead and inspire the operations team to achieve excellence.
Supply Chain Management: Oversee the entire supply chain process from sourcing ingredients to delivering the final product. Ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and high-quality standards.
Production Oversight: Manage production schedules, inventory levels, and quality control to meet demand and maintain product consistency.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the operations budget, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are allocated effectively.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations and safety standards. Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, sales, and finance, to ensure seamless operations and support business objectives.
Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing operations team. Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in a senior operations role, preferably in the beverage or consumer goods industry.
Strong understanding of supply chain management, production processes, and quality control.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
