Director of Operations
Fusion is a cutting-edge SaaS platform dedicated to streamlining and optimizing the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) process. Our innovative technology solutions help developers, investors, and property managers navigate the complexities of LIHTC compliance and reporting. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to join our team and drive our operational success to new heights.
Job Summary:
The Director of Operations will oversee the day-to-day operations of Fusionsw.com, ensuring efficiency, quality, and productivity across all departments. This role involves strategic planning, resource management, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and achieve business objectives within the LIHTC sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with Fusions goals.
- Create and manage operational budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
2. Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
- Monitor and analyze operational metrics to ensure efficiency and quality in the LIHTC SaaS environment.
3. Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning.
4. Resource Management:
- Oversee the allocation and utilization of resources, including personnel, equipment, and technology.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations specific to LIHTC.
5. Performance Management:
- Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations.
- Address operational challenges and implement corrective actions as needed.
6. Customer Satisfaction:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality standards and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and feedback, focusing on the LIHTC community.
7. Vendor and Supplier Relations:
- Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and reliability.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to support operational needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in an operational leadership role, preferably in SaaS or the LIHTC sector.
- Strong understanding of business processes, financial management, and operational metrics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute operational plans effectively.
- Proficiency in operational software and tools, particularly those relevant to SaaS and LIHTC.
