Job Description

Become part of the Maison Sofitel in New York as we embark upon a complete hotel rejuvenation commencing in 2024 and debuting in 2025 as the flagship for the U.S. Help redefine approachable luxury hospitality in the heart of New York. Be an ambassador for the brand and your hotel as Director of Operations, where you will provide leadership and strategic planning to all departments in support of our service culture, luxury service and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years hospitality experience with 5 years’ experience at the Executive Committee level; Extensive Hotel operations experience; Prior experience in leading a hotel opening or comprehensive renovation; proven Guest Satisfaction results and leading positioning in the segment; Demonstrated knowledge of budget planning and financial controls; Strong interpersonal & problem solving abilities; Proven team-builder & strong coaching skills.
