Job Description

Primary Function: Manages all operations of the women’s basketball office including operating budget, team travel, quality control, NCAA compliance and recruiting related matters; assists with all aspects of player development; develops highly competitive non-conference schedule; hires, trains, supervises and mentors team managers; and manages external relations, alumni and fundraising efforts.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree plus at least two years of combined experience in collegiate coaching, athletic department administrative experience, or collegiate basketball playing required. Division I or II administrative and/or playing experience preferred. Evening and weekend work necessary. Student experience will be considered. Must abide by the rules of the NCAA, the Missouri Valley Conference, and the University of Northern Iowa.

$43,888 to Commensurate
