Our client is a rapidly growing entertainment company that owns and operates multiple locations in the state of Florida. They are the premier provider of amusement and entertainment for kids and adults with a variety of activities, games, restaurants, and classes! They are currently looking to add a Director of Operations to their team.
Salary/Hourly Rate
$150k – $200k Depending on experience + Bonus
Position Overview
The Director of Operations will work closely with the owners and Board of Directors on implementing standard operating procedures, corporate infrastructure, and overseeing all operations for 5 locations in the state of Florida. The Director of Operations will work to drive departmental growth, aid in strategic planning, and support the continued expansion of the company’s operations and footprint.
Responsibilities Of The Director Of Operations
Develop and execute the company’s strategic plan to achieve rapid growth and expansion.
Oversee day-to-day operations of existing and upcoming locations.
Oversee the company’s finances and budgets, including cost controls and revenue optimization.
Implement SOPs across all departments.
Work closely with and oversee the Marketing team to enhance brand presence and market position.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with investors, partners, vendors, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, county, and local governing bodies.
Ensure company asset values continue to grow, and execute potential value-add strategies.
Qualifications For The Director Of Operations
Proven track record of executive leadership in a high-growth and dynamic business.
Experience in Food and Beverage/Hospitality is highly desirable.
Experience leading 100+ employees.
Strong financial acumen as well as experience with fundraising, capital injections, and mergers and acquisitions.
Proficiency in software related to point of sale, customer relationship management, inventory management, food and beverage services, as well as Microsoft Office products.
10+ years of experience in a significant leadership position.
Must be willing to continuously travel between all locations.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
Master’s degree is highly desirable.
