The Director of Operational Transformation & Innovation is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of strategies sought to improve operational capabilities and drive innovation throughout the Client Services organization.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead process improvement initiatives and drive continuous improvement efforts across the organization.
  • Establish performance metrics and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate operational efficiency and identify enhancement opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies in processes and streamline workflows for greater productivity
  • Develop comprehensive training programs sought to enhance employee understanding of various process improvement methodologies and tools
  • Partner with all aspects of the business including key stakeholders to identify areas for overall business performance enhancement


The ideal candidate will have experience with implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies or other continuous improvement frameworks along with strong project management skills. This role will have a group of direct reports consisting of leaders and individual contributors - success would require prior experience leading diverse teams.


Other required qualifications include:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • Validated 8+ years’ experience in Corporate/Sector Strategy within an internal capacity or at a management consulting firm
  • Proficiency in English; fluency in French and/or Spanish would be highly helpful
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence business partners at all levels
  • Strong familiarity with digital technologies such as process automation, data analytics, and ERP systems which are essential for modernizing operations
