Director of Nursing-Full Time

Royal Oaks in Bradbury, CA, one of 13 HumanGood communities named Best Nursing Home-2024 by U.S. News & World Report , is hiring a Director of Nursing (DON) for its 48-bed Skilled Nursing team. Under limited supervision, the DON plans, directs, organizes, and evaluates nursing services to meet the total needs of the community's residents; ensures an efficient health facility operation in cooperation with other departments and in compliance with state and federal regulations; and provides care in accordance with our Philosophy for Person-Directed Care. Salary: $138,000 - $160,000 (DOE) To be successful in this role you would have: Completed an Accredited Licensed Nursing Program (RN) Current CA RN license BS Degree, Masters Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and related professional experience Minimum of 3 5 years of professional management experience in related field Outstanding leadership, clinical observation, and assessment skills Excellent computer skills necessary to complete documentation, review electronic health records and communicate with team members Current CPR certification What's in it for you?
