We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to join our team.

The ideal candidate will oversee the nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-

quality patient home care and adherence to healthcare regulations.

Duties:

• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
• Supervise nursing staff and ensure adequate staffing levels
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to create
  
  

individualized patient care plans

• Monitor patient outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives
• Conduct regular audits of nursing documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Manage shift schedules and ensure efficient workflow
• Provide leadership in training, mentoring, and evaluating nursing staff
  
  

Experience:

The successful candidate should possess the following skills:

• In-depth knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and nursing procedures
• Experience in supervising home health nursing staff
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems for documentation review
• Previous experience in Assisted Living or Home Health settings is a plus!
• Ability to collaborate effectively with doctors and other healthcare professionals
